“ We order from the North Caboolture Red Rooster quite often and they have always been great , but last night went to another level. We placed a delivery order and when it arrived there was a note inside (see attached photo) explaining they were out of Sweet Potato Fries (bummer ....NO ONE does sweet potato fries as good as North Caboolture Red Rooster .....crunchy on the outside, a tiny bit of char and soft and fluffy on the inside...never soggy) and that they had replaced them with crunchy roast potatoes, AND included an extra Chocolate Mousse as a "Sorry, hope you still love us" kind of gesture. Thank you to whomever it was that wrote this note and made the decisions to rectify the situation how you did....you gave us a very personal customer service experience that is usually lacking in most fast food restaurants, and your small gesture actually made our night.
